JOB SYNOPSIS
We are looking for a talented and self-driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our high-quality culture. A successful candidate will be someone who can manage our internal products (mix of web, desktop & mobile apps) effectively, coordinate with developers, designers, BA, and other stakeholders (including Top Management). The candidate would be required to understand business requirements, do competition review & document product requirements, create product plans, and communicate effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ability to prioritize and set direction in a fast-moving environment
- Proactively analyze product requirements, perform fit-gap and propose a solution
- Own end-to-end client end functional product use case testing as well as workflow testing
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
- Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
- Plan, coordinate and implement software projects managing schedules.
- Review competitors, collate new features, propose the same in review meetings & take approval to plan continuous development & improvement within the Product.
- Review & accept features developed to be as per quality & requirement
- Maintain an idea bank of suggestions, features & improvements ranked in priority
- Create the product timeline (defined in small phases), assign responsibility, coordinate development, and oversee quality.
- Plan sprints and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery. Conduct daily scrum.
- Gather software requirements and manage an agile project using Zoho or equivalent tool.
- Experience in translating business needs into detailed feature requirements & use case
- Experience in driving projects end-to-end by planning and product tracking
- Must have experience in handling SaaS-based products and understand the nitty-gritty involved within the product life cycle.
- Must coordinate with the Support team to receive the customer feedback & work on it to improve the overall experience of the product.
- Effective written and spoken communication for client interaction through calls and email.
- Coordinate with the technology department to deliver functional solutions
- Good knowledge in Agile methodologies, agile metrics, and other project and team performance metrics tracking, reporting
- Hands-on experience in project management tools Jira, Zoho, Trello, Target Process, etc.
- Responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget & with proper quality standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 10-12 years of industry experience
- Must have BA + QA background in the past.
- Prior experience in a product-based company is a must
- Prior experience in a service-based company is an added advantage
- Candidates having good technical exposure towards technologies like Blockchain, PHP, WordPress, Laravel, Node, React, ReactNative, Flutter, Native Mobile Apps will be preferred.
- The candidates must have at least 5 years of dedicated experience while working with a web/mobile development team.
- Good communication skills to engage with internal/external stakeholders over phone + video call.
- Good email writing etiquettes.
- Good team player.
- Ability to grasp and learn new concepts/tools quickly.
