Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Associate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in web development and a passion for building responsive, user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of MEAN/MERN stack, good understanding of PSD to HTML conversion, and strong academic credentials.
The candidate should also have an AI-first mindset, with an interest in exploring and adopting AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, debugging, testing, and overall engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert PSD/UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain web applications using MEAN or MERN stack.
  • Work with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design.
  • Develop and integrate backend APIs and database functionality.
  • Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers and other team members to deliver projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve development issues.
  • Follow coding standards and best practices.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on exposure to PSD to HTML conversion.
  • Knowledge of either MEAN Stack or MERN Stack.
  • Understanding of frontend and backend development concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and databases.
  • Good problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • AI-first mindset and willingness to adopt AI tools in day-to-day development.
  • Basic awareness of AI-assisted coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.
  • Ability to use AI tools responsibly while understanding, reviewing and validating AI-generated code and outputs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 80% academic score throughout academics is preferred/required.
  • Strong academic background with good technical fundamentals.
