We're looking for an experienced Sr. Manager/Assistant Vice President of Digital Marketing who knows how to market SAAS (Software as a Service) products and is excellent at working with clients. You should have at least 12 years of experience in digital marketing and a knack for leading teams and strategies.


Job Responsibilities:


Lead and mentor a team specialized in content marketing, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and SMO.

Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy in collaboration with various teams.

Exhibit proven expertise in digital marketing with a strong focus on client servicing.

Manage multiple projects effectively with strong project management skills.

Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, understanding customer segments and sales team needs.

Balance people management with hands-on delivery of marketing initiatives.

Produce and promote shareable and downloadable marketing assets, including whitepapers, ebooks, and articles, with a focus on technology.

Develop and execute digital campaigns, including Display, SEO, and SEM.

Enhance website usability, design, and content for better conversion rates.

Manage the budget for digital marketing and evaluate its effectiveness.

Stay updated with digital marketing technologies and trends.

Keep track of how our digital marketing campaigns are doing and tweak them for better results.

Clearly communicate your strategies and insights to the team and other stakeholders.


Client Servicing:

Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Manage client projects and interactions effectively.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Understand and meet client objectives and expectations.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technology, or a related field.

Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong managerial, analytical, and technical skills in marketing automation and blogging software.

Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

Proficiency in creating high-quality marketing resources to support sales.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity with marketing automation software.

Understanding of digital marketing success metrics.

Prior experience in a B2B environment, especially in the IT industry, is essential, with specialization in Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing.
