- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure / AWS technologies such as EKS, Lambda, and Batch.
- Web Frameworks: Proficient in open-source python Web frameworks like Django or Flask. Hands-on experience in writing code for scalable APIs including authentication and authorization.
- DevOps & Automation: Comfortable with Jenkins pipeline deployment and supporting DevOps functions. Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Machine Learning Operations: Understanding of scaling ML models in production environments (no requirement to develop models or write prompts). Familiarity with Gen AI concepts and ability to integrate and deploy AI tools available in the market.
- Frontend Skills: Frontend development experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- For Lead Engineer position: Capable of leading system design discussions and demonstrating a strong understanding of how distributed systems operate.
- Developer Focus: Primary focus on backend development with additional support for DevOps activities.
