Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in building high-quality, responsive, and visually polished web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in translating Figma/UI designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready web pages, with a strong understanding of frontend architecture, typography, design systems, CSS frameworks, and performance optimization.
This role is best suited for someone who understands frontend development at a deeper level — beyond just working on a specific platform like JavaScript, Shopify, or WordPress. Exposure to platforms such as WordPress, Shopify or other CMS/frameworks will be considered an added advantage.
The candidate will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to ensure seamless execution of UI/UX requirements while maintaining scalability, responsiveness, and code quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, responsive, and visually engaging frontend interfaces based on Figma designs
  • Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible web pages
  • Build reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture
  • Ensure strong implementation of typography, spacing, layouts, animations, and overall design consistency
  • Work extensively with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries
  • Implement and manage CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar
  • Optimize websites/web applications for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve design feasibility and user experience
  • Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic functionalities
  • Troubleshoot frontend issues and ensure smooth deployment of features
  • Maintain coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers when required
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve frontend performance and user experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Proven experience converting Figma designs into responsive web interfaces
  • Strong understanding of typography, layouts, design systems, spacing, and visual hierarchy
  • Hands-on experience with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations
  • Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in Git/version control
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Other Skills (good to have)

  • Experience with WordPress development/customization
  • Exposure to Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
  • Basic understanding of PHP or backend technologies
  • Experience with animations libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO implementation
  • Knowledge of deployment environments and hosting platforms
