Role Summary
The AVP – Digital Marketing will lead the organization’s end-to-end digital strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across all digital channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and proven experience in scaling digital marketing functions.

Core Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap
Align digital initiatives with overall business and revenue goals
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team
2. Performance Marketing
Own channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic
Drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI optimization
Continuously test and optimize campaigns (A/B testing, funnel improvements)
3. SEO & Organic Growth
Develop and execute SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)
Drive organic traffic growth and improve keyword rankings
Manage content strategy aligned with search intent
4. Content & Brand Marketing
Oversee content marketing, social media, and brand storytelling
Ensure consistent brand voice across platforms
Collaborate with design and content teams for high-impact campaigns
5. Marketing Analytics & Automation
Build a strong data analytics framework
Track KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates
Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mixpanel
Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows
6. Customer Lifecycle Management
Improve lead nurturing, retention, and engagement strategies
Work closely with sales and customer success teams
Optimize funnels from awareness → conversion → retention
7. Budget & Vendor Management
Manage large-scale digital marketing budgets
Optimize spend across channels for maximum ROI
Handle agencies, partners, and marketing tools/vendors

Technical Skills
Expertise in Performance Marketing (PPC, Paid Social)
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
Experience with marketing automation platforms
