Business Analyst / Project Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, managing product development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of SaaS solutions.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, project management capabilities, stakeholder communication, and Agile delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and product owners to understand business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and product requirements documents (PRDs).
Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and discovery sessions.
Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

2. Project Management & Delivery
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, sprint plans, and delivery milestones.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Ensure on-time delivery of product releases while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and product teams.

3. Agile & Sprint Management
Work in Agile/Scrum environment with development teams.
Conduct Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Maintain and prioritize product backlog.
Ensure proper task allocation and sprint execution.

4. Stakeholder Communication
Act as a communication bridge between business teams and technical teams.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage client expectations and requirement clarifications.
Present project updates, demos, and reports.

5. Product Understanding & Documentation
Understand the SaaS product architecture, modules, and workflows.
Maintain functional documentation, release notes, and product documentation.
Assist in product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.

6. Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks, dependencies, and challenges.
Develop mitigation strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
Escalate critical issues to management when required.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering / Business Administration
MBA (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience
4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager
Experience in SaaS product companies or software development environments
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
